An exhibition by the Saarland Artists' Association

In this year's exhibition at the Saarländisches Künstlerhaus, the Saarländischer Künstlerbund presents four of its members who have reached their eighth decade of life. Brigitte Benkert, Ursel Kessler, Annegret Leiner and Peter Spiegel provide an insight into their current work with a small selection of drawings, prints and paintings. In doing so, the Saarland Artists' Association not only wishes to highlight and honor the achievements of their long artistic biographies in a special way. It is also important to it to use this exhibition to focus on the work of older artists. Brigitte Benkert, Ursel Kessler, Annegret Leiner and Peter Spiegel are representative examples of the fact that, despite their age, they have lost none of their artistic vitality and that their work deserves every attention.
