We and you in the here and now: Clear the stage for our (improv) theater taster workshop

Have you always wanted to try out (improv) theater but have no stage experience yet? Do you fancy an evening full of laughter and little adventures?
Then this workshop is just right for you!

In our taster workshop for the curious and newcomers, we will dive into the world of spontaneous play together: with lots of humor, movement, trust and creativity. Our agenda includes games from improvisational theater as well as exercises for better body and spatial awareness. We want to create a space of trust in which we can try things out and laugh. There are areas within us that are forgotten in everyday life. Let's give these playful and sensitive sides plenty of space and see where creativity and playfulness take us this evening!

What you can expect:

• Warm-ups: arriving and loosening up
• Exercises for body and spatial awareness - feel, relax, let go
• Exercises for spontaneity, team spirit & stage courage
• Improv games for the curious and newcomers
• First small scenes - without pressure, with lots of fun!

Prerequisites: None! Just comfortable clothes, curiosity and a desire to play.
