Digital assessments (or online assessments) add important data and results to assessment tools via people such as document analyses and interviews: They thus help HR professionals to make more objective, fairer and better assessments - and to avoid wrong decisions.
The event provides an introduction to these IT-supported procedures and presents DIN 33430 as an important quality standard for suitability assessments. We will then look at a test system and instrument for recording leadership behavior with practical examples. In the final part, we will discuss current HR challenges and possible solutions using technology.
