Dinnerabend "SALON x CANOVA"

On May 9, 2025 at 6 p.m., we invite you once again to an evening dedicated to wild seafood cuisine - made with the outstanding products of AUSTER REGION.

Sous-chef Donato Brauckmeyer and the team from the Canova restaurant will be creating a sophisticated multi-course menu in which the untouched beauty and depth of flavor of the sea will be paired with Donato's Venezuelan origins and brought to the plate. In addition to hand-picked wild oysters, hand-cut North Sea seaweed, submerged scallops and many other top products, South American preparation techniques, exoticism and spiciness will also play a role. Even though the oyster region boys Joost Becken and Marco Schnackenberg may not be there in person on this evening, the focus will be on their exceptional products and their knowledge of them.
