Judith Antkowiak is a Berlin-based chansonnière who sings with expressiveness and charm in several languages. With her new program DIVA! she takes her audience into the world of the grandes dames of song: Édith Piaf, Marlene Dietrich, Cesária Évora and many more. Colorful chansons on voice and concert guitar alternate with entertaining original sounds and anecdotes about the life and work of dazzling personalities. The concept of "diva" is put through its paces, honored and sometimes lovingly poked fun at.

Is a diva still a diva when she sings barefoot? Are there real divas today and if so, where can they be found? What are the requirements for a career as a diva and is it also open to men? All these questions need to be explored. The audience can expect an evening full of heart, poetry and great musical emotions!
