Free, outdoors and under palm trees: this summer, the DURCHLÜFTEN music festival will once again transform the Humboldt Forum's large Schlüterhof courtyard into a lively meeting place for sound, rhythm and culture.

Over four weekends, music from all over the world will radiate from the stage: from the raw energy of Mexican cumbia punk to the hypnotic groove of Kenyan dodo blues, from the electrifying syncopation of Congolese soukous to the powerful messages of Afrofuturist big bands. Japanese folk with a Caribbean influence, soulful jazz, hip-hop and the joy and resilience of the Frafra gospel round off this celebration of sound - boundless, multi-perspective and irresistibly danceable!

DJ KILLA (Berlin)

KILLA is a French vinyl DJ whose keen sense for unconventional transitions between groovy techno, sophisticated electronica and the B-side curiosities of club music shapes her very own sound. With the uncompromising musical integrity of her sets and a pinch of that certain something of a diva, she has made a name for herself.

KILLA's sets are as diverse as the record crates she digs through. She is co-founder and DJ in residence of the queer-feminist Lecken collective and has been organizing local and international events with the Killasan Soundsystem since 2014.
