The DO IT FAST Summer Edition is an annual running competition in Dortmund that takes place on the grounds of Phoenix-West.

Participants can choose between a 5 km run (two laps) and a 10 km run (four laps) and the flat, officially measured 2.5 km circuit offers optimal conditions for personal best times and is suitable for runners of all levels. A 400 m Kids Run is offered for children born in 2016 and younger, where participation is free and not timed. All participants will receive a personalized start number, a finisher medal, an ice cream and an online participation certificate, and registration for the 2025 summer edition is already open. Early registration is recommended as the number of participants is limited to 1,500 and more information about the event, including the course, schedule and registration form, can be found on the official website of the DO IT FAST
