Doppelpass VII: Familienführung mit der Kuratorin

On Saturday, March 8, 2025, at 2 p.m., we cordially invite you to a family tour of the 'Himmelsstürmer' exhibition with curator Benita Meißner.

Over coffee and cake, young and old can discover the expansive installations by Frenzy Höhne and Peter Kees. The two artists deal with the themes of growth, freedom and self-optimization, and their works encourage us to reflect on the dynamics of our society.

Frenzy Höhne's installation Bessermenschen-Babbel combines kitschy-looking porcelain figurines from a bygone era with contemporary advertising slogans that reflect the values of our present. Peter Kees' monumental sculpture of the Cessna 340 A poses questions about freedom and the limits of growth.

The guided tour offers an exciting and interactive opportunity to experience these profound works from a new perspective and to question, together with the curator, which social processes they address.
