Dorfpunks - public rehearsal

Based on the novel by Rocko Schamoni

Schmalenstedt in Schleswig-Holstein, a small town with a chance? No cool role models far and wide, nothing is given to you, you have to make your own identity. Just like Rocko Schamoni, who decided in his youth to become a punk and make music. Misunderstood by his teachers and parents, he hangs around with his clique, literally fights with village idiots and soldiers from the German army - and learns everything you need to know about life. It is the memory of a youth like many had: cows, mopeds, beer, confirmation classes, school stress, lovesickness and the deadly boredom of the flat countryside, the calm at the end of the bad seventies. But then came PUNK, and PUNK also came to Schmalenstedt in Schleswig-Holstein.

The public rehearsal offers a foretaste of our upcoming premiere "Dorfpunks". In selected staged performances of the production, the first exciting insights can be gained that will whet the appetite for more. Afterwards, we cordially invite you to exchange ideas with the actors and the director and welcome praise and criticism.
