Noise. Noise. Radau - some say. And it should be audible deep into the night. Behind the disturbance is the new concert series Dröhnen. Curated by Felix van Holt and his team, the platform now regularly presents loud, independent and experimental music by young bands from all directions.

When the sun sinks behind Hamburg's brick facades and the neon lights of the late-night clubs flicker, it's time for the soundtrack of the night - and that's exactly what Dunkle Straßen delivers. The band from the Hanseatic city brings a breath of fresh air to the post-punk scene and captures the spirit of urban life with their driving beats and dark, melancholy lyrics: raw, honest and damn authentic.

A dark apparition stands in the fog and seduces with sweet words and loud vocals. Absteige moves musically between classic NNDW, gothic rock and electroclash. She calls everything that is shrouded in darkness her own.
