Drop-In Workshop "Berlin geschichtet"

In the organizer's words:

There is a lot to discover in the ground beneath Berlin. The deeper you dig, the older the finds. Layer by layer, you can go back to the Stone Age, from airplane parts to mammoth tusks! Choose the most exciting finds from our display shelf and create your own "stratigraphy", a layered model of the city beneath your feet, as a collage to take home.

And what goes at the top of your model? Our own time layer, i.e. places and things from today that archaeologists of the future will dig up. What could that be? Think about it and get creative!

You will find this offer at the top of the 5th floor, join us at any time (at least 30 minutes before closing time).

The drop-in workshop is for families with children aged 6 to 12.

Price information:

Participation in the workshop is included in the ticket price. Free admission for people under 18; adults pay 6 euros.
