Yourie was the Internationally acclaimed Resident Dj in the Club that became the must visit Night Club for all the many International Artists performing in Berlin, Dschungel, and founder of the first Sound System in Berlin, called Toubab Hi Powa. Yourie was also the first Berlin Dj to be featured in the British Subculture Press in I.D. Magazine, in the late 80s. Truly a key player in the evolution of the early days of Berlin Club/Sound System & Dj Culture

Earth Dream 2000 is a project name founded in the optimism of the early 1990s by a british artist collective called "The Mutoid Waste Company". it applies to the 2000,s. not just one year. Its aim is to awaken consciousness that we are able to create a world fit for our children and their children to live in.

In 1992 corin djed a set of then newly emerging and groundbreaking ambient tracks mixed with his own tape loops as part of a Staendige Vertretung presentation at an Arts Symposium This took place in a former monastery in Plasy in the Czech Republic.

Members of the Mutoid Waste Comany were also involved. They added quiet spontaneously Digeridoo and various sound elements into Corin's dj set. Very impressed with both the end result of this unexpected Jam Session and the aims of Earth Dream 2000, Corin asked for and was given permission to support the project by adopting an abbreviated version of its name as his Dj Name. The one condition set was that he explain clearly to anyone who asks, what does the name stand for. Since then Corin has fullfiled over 4000 dj engagemnts all over the world, under the Artist name Ed2000. The name stands for the aims and intentions of the project Earth Dream 2000. The musics he plays are also intended to contribute to this projects purpose, that ultimately we become aware of our own potential and purpose that we are able to achieve a better world that our children and their children can live in, a world of peace, personal freedom and unconditional love for all.
