DUESENJAEGER - 25 Jahre

It's not easy to summarize 25 years in a few sentences. The first rehearsal of duesenjaeger took place on the millennium New Year's Eve 1999/2000 in Osnabrück. Since then, the band has continuously expanded its sound. Punk, emo punk or post punk with German lyrics, call it what you will. Always driving, angry, melodic, often melancholic. The pictures the band paints lyrically and musically are mostly gray, sometimes black, rarely white. E minor. C major. Never surrender. After several 7" singles, LPs and split singles with other bands, a video live session and over 400 concerts, there is still no end in sight. Over the years, duesenjaeger have put together a repertoire of songs that has lost none of its musical or lyrical urgency since the early days and can also ignite live. In front of 50 people in the AZ, in front of 1000 people in the hall, on the excursion boat or in the pizzeria. 35 minutes or 90 minutes - it doesn't matter! Duesenjaeger are committed to the DIY concept. That's why they release their records via the band's own label Grabeland Schallfolien with the participation of Rosi from MyRuin.
