What can you experience in 25 years... and how can you summarize it in a few sentences?

If you look 25 years into the future, it seems like an eternity. If you look back into the past, it somehow feels like yesterday. New Year's Eve 1999 / 2000 was no exception. The world stood still for a brief moment. Nobody knew, or thought they knew, whether it would all be over in a moment. Would the computer clocks keep up with the new millennium? Would there be a blackout?
It was precisely at this moment that something was born in Osnabrück that has lost none of its driving and furious power 400 concerts later: duesenjaeger!

Punk, emo-punk or post-punk with German lyrics - call it what you like. E minor. C major. Never surrender.

25 years of duesenjaeger ...this institution is worth celebrating.
