After work at PACT! We invite you to the foyer with our new event series 'DUO:THURSDAY'. Four times a year, selected readings and concerts round off your evening perfectly at DUO:DO. With drinks at the bar, inspiring texts and electrifying sounds, Thursday feels a bit like the weekend.

Duisburg writer Lütfiye Güzel, who will read from her latest poetry publications, and Turkish-German musician Güner Künier will kick things off. Having grown up in Germany with roots in Izmir, the fe- ministic singer-songwriter skillfully navigates between worlds and times. Her music combines industrial beats, lo-fi guitars and experimental synthesizer sounds to create an unmistakable, banging sound.

The series will be continued in May with, among others, the Gelsenkirchen-born essayist and playwright Enis Maci. Stay tuned!
