Dance yourself free - Ecstatic Dance in Cologne
Every Wednesday evening we invite you to immerse yourself in the world of free dance. We let our bodies speak and return to the roots of Ecstatic Dance: barefoot, silence and good music.
What you can expect:
Mindful warm-up: arrive, let go and connect with your body.
Changing local DJs: New musical sets every week, taking you on a journey through different soundscapes - from gentle rhythms to ecstatic beasts.
Free dance: No guidelines, no distractions - just you, the music and the moment.
Alcohol-free space: A place where sobriety is valued, honored and lived and can lead you to ecstasy.
