Dance yourself free - Ecstatic Dance in Cologne
Immerse yourself in the world of free dance at our weekly Ecstatic Dance event in the heart of Cologne! Every Wednesday evening, we open the doors to a space where you can be completely authentic and express yourself through movement.
This is what awaits you:
- Pure dance: barefoot, without conversation and with inspiring music - back to the roots of Ecstatic Dance
- Mindful warm-up: Arrive together and connect with your body
- Changing local DJs: New musical journeys through different worlds of sound every week
- Alcohol-free space: A place that values sobriety and can lead you into natural ecstasy
Our focus is on the essentials: no elaborate extras, just good music, free dance and your own inner experience.
Schedule:
- 19:45 - Arrival in silence
- 20:00 - Opening circle & warm-up
- 20:15 - Ecstatic Dance DJ set
- 21:45 - Closing ceremony
