Ecstatic Dance is more than just dancing - it's a journey to yourself. In our protected space, you are allowed to move your body freely, without choreography or judgment. There is no right or wrong here, only your authentic expression in the here and now.

- Arrive in community
We start the evening with a playful warm-up. Let yourself be inspired by the playful movement impulses and arrive.

- Musical journey
Our DJs and live musicians will guide you through different rhythms and moods - from soft sounds to powerful beats. Each song invites you to discover a new facet of your dance.

- Healing sounds
After the dance, a relaxing sound healing awaits you to calm your body and mind and let the experience resonate.

Our guidelines for a safe space:

• 🦶 Dance barefoot for better grounding
• 🚫 Alcohol and drug free
• 🤫 No verbal communication during the dance
• 📱 Cell phones remain silent and packed away
• 🤗 Respectful interaction with each other

Please bring along:

• A blanket for relaxation afterwards
• A water bottle (can be refilled on site)
• Nuts, fruit or other snacks for our joint buffet
