You can expect an ecstatic dance with rhythmic beats that make your heart skip a beat, space for exchange and good conversation as well as nourishing drinks, snacks and a warm meal. 🍜

• 10:00 Start Admission | Open space for exchange | Cold & hot drinks | Snacks

• 10:30 CLOSE DOORS | Opening Circle & Warm-Up

• 11:00 Ecstatic Dance with DJ Live-Set with Kasia

• 13:00 Sound Healing with Max Neumann (Handpan) & Closing Circle

• from approx. 13:30 Open space for exchange | Cold & hot drinks | Hot meal

🙌 Guidelines:

No shoes, no booze, no talking:

1. We dance barefoot (or with socks),

2. as we are (alcohol- & drug-free space) and

3. with our bodies (without words).

🎒 (No) dress code & packing list:

It's best to come in comfortable clothes that you can move freely in.
Optional to pack:

• thick socks + sweater

• Yoga mat and/or blanket

• journal

• Change of shirt if necessary
