WHAT AWAITS YOU:

We will open the space of our dance together with a gentle warm-up so that you can land in your body.

We will then immerse ourselves in the sounds of lovingly curated music, dance freely and move what wants to be moved. We dance intuitively - free of 'right' and 'wrong', just as it wants to flow.

And finally, we enjoy a long gong bath and let the vibrations carry us into deep relaxation.

WHAT YOU NEED:

Yourself, the desire to open your heart, to feel yourself, to connect with the music in your individual way and let movement emerge - whether gentle, calm, wild, ecstatic, free, whatever.
