This year, the great theater actress Helene Weigel would have been 125 years old. She built up the Berliner Ensemble, founded the Bertolt Brecht Archive and wrote theater history with her role interpretations, for example as "Mother Courage". To mark the big anniversary, the "Brecht House" is presenting itself as the "Weigel House" and invites you to celebrate from 3 to 6 pm: with congratulations, readings, plays, lectures and presentations on stage - as well as special Weigel tours through the Brecht-Weigel Museum and exclusive insights into the Weigel estate in the Brecht Archive.
