To get to know - with detailed instructions & exchange
with Mandana Majchrzak
Dynamic meditation is an active morning meditation. It enables us to move energy, look deep inside ourselves and start the new day with a fresh and alert mind.
This introduction is aimed at anyone who would like a preparatory introduction and space for questions and answers - whether you have wanted to try Dynamic Meditation for a long time, are curious or simply want to get back into it.
What you can expect
- We will take plenty of time to look at all 5 phases of Dynamic Meditation, what processes they trigger in the body and how we can practise them in a way that is good for us.
- We will shed light on ideas, expectations and possible misunderstandings that our mind can have with meditation and especially with Dynamic Meditation.
- We will become aware of how we can enter into meditation in a playful and relaxed way, remain mindful and grounded and respect and love our bodies.
- We will practise a dynamic meditation and afterwards there will be space for discussion and questions.
Please come in sporty, comfortable clothing in which you can move freely.
- First phase: Breathe chaotically, deeply and unrhythmically through your nose, focusing on the exhalation. Keep your body loose and permeable.
- Second phase: Allow yourself to let go. Use your body and voice to spontaneously express what is moving inside you. Don't hold anything back and keep your body moving. A bit of acting can help you get into it at the beginning.
- Third phase: Jump up and down with your arms raised and shout the mantra "Huh" from deep within your belly. Every time you land on your feet, with your whole foot, let yourself feel the sound in your center.
- Fourth phase: Stop! Remain in the position you are currently in. Turn your entire attention inwards. Remain as still and immobile as possible and observe everything that happens.
- Fifth phase: Move gently with the music. You can express your gratitude to creation and take your feeling of happiness with you into the day.
