Would you like to do something preventative for your health and have fun at the same time? Then the climate therapy "From air bath to sea bath" is just right for you!

The climate therapy "From air bath to sea bath" is based on the cold stimulus as the best hardening method of all. It starts with a walk on the beach in the fresh sea air. Step by step, day by day, you shed more and more skin until you finally plunge boldly into the North Sea. The important thing is to warm up again quickly afterwards.

The therapeutic effects are enormous:

• firm skin with good circulation
• Training of the blood vessels
• Stimulation of the metabolism
• Strengthening of the muscles
• Increase in breathing volume
• Release of happiness hormones

The offer is led by trained and certified thalassotherapy specialists.

The following dates are offered by the spa administration in the early and late season:

• 11.03. - 15.03.25, 08:00 a.m.
• 25.03.- 29.03.25, 08:00 a.m.
• 08.04. - 12.04.25, 08:00 a.m.
• 23.09. - 27.09.25, 08:00 a.m.
• 07.10. - 11.10., 08:00 a.m.
• 21.10. - 25.10., 08:00 a.m.

Start on Monday at 15:00 with the walk, on the following days at 8:00 with the climate therapy.

Mondays, from 15:00: Juister sea climate - simply delightful
Together with a trained thalassotherapy therapist, you will walk along a thalassotherapy path directly on the beach, perform breathing exercises and receive information about the climate and thalassotherapy (duration of the thalassotherapy walk: approx. 40 minutes). The walk is free of charge as part of the TöwerCard.

Tuesdays to Saturdays, from 08:00: Juister climatotherapy - from air bath to sea bath
Under the expert guidance of a Thalasso therapist, you will gradually become accustomed to the stimulating climate of the North Sea. Together in a group, exercises are carried out daily on the beach to strengthen the body's defenses.
