ELEMENT Outdoor - Eröffnung 2025

In the organizer's words:

ELEMENT Outdoor - Yoga in the open air
ELEMENT Ost is a yoga and movement studio with two locations in Leipzig. From May to September, you can also find us outside - outdoors in the fresh air and urban at the same time - at Mariannenstraße 42.

On May 1, we will kick off with a spring festival for the outdoor opening: a whole day of yoga outdoors - open to all levels, even without previous experience.

10:15 Element yoga
12:00 Handstand for beginners
14:15 Budokon inspired flow
16:00 Vinyasa
17:45 Yin Yang & Sound

Cost: €6.90 per class, €9.90 for the workshop
