In the sequel "La petite mort 2", Elena Francalanci collaborates with live music by Andrea Bambini in a duet that tells of never arriving, perpetual dying and eternal denial. Between going down and looking up, they search together for endless endings. The performance takes its point of departure in the concept of "la petite mort", a French term associated with the feeling of orgasm and metaphorically referring to a brief loss or lapse of consciousness.
