ÉLJEN A MAGYAR - Kammermusik aus und über Ungarn. Die Rheinische Musikvereinigung EUTERPE präsentiert Werke von Ferenc Farkas, Johannes Brahms und Hugo Kaun.

In the organizer's words:

Ferenc Farkas has created versatile orchestral, chamber and choral music that combines elements of Hungarian folklore with more modern compositional techniques. We would like to present his little-performed dance suite La Cour Du Roi Mathias (Mátyás király udvara) from 1977 for clarinet, horn, bassoon and strings. The second work will be Antiche Danze Ungheresi (Régi magyar táncok a XVII. századból) for woodwind quintet, composed in 1953.
