Ephemeral Echoes - A visual diary of the moment

Simon Gerlinger is pleased to announce his upcoming solo exhibition and book release of his latest project Ephemeral Echoes, which will take place at @galeriekollaborativ. The work, published by @shift.books, will be presented there and the official book release will be celebrated at the opening.

Over a period of eight years, Simon Gerlinger has captured the fleeting moments of his everyday life in impressive images - sometimes luminous, sometimes gloomy, sometimes tender, sometimes intense. However, Ephemeral Echoes is far more than just a collection of photographs. It is a visual diary that helps the viewer to rediscover the art of seeing and invites them to pause for a moment. Through the skillful combination of selected images in duo compositions, the book opens up space for diverse interpretations. It tells in a very personal way about themes such as growing up, loneliness and community, love and melancholy - an authentic mirror of life that touches and inspires reflection.
