Are you involved in (social) politics or civil society and would like to work towards better coexistence through your voluntary work? As a committed person, you are often at a loss: Why do young people or those with more diverse backgrounds not find their way to your organization or perhaps never stay long? Perhaps you yourself sometimes feel like you stand out from the group and would like to have a more relaxed approach, but also more diversity in your organization?

Then we cordially invite you to our interactive one-day workshop!
We want to consciously talk and think about the many dimensions of diversity. These include age, level of education, gender, socio-economic background, health and, of course, migration biography - both your own and that of your family.

In this workshop we can together:
* reflect on our attitude to the topic of diversity sensitivity,
* dare to change our perspective
* exchange ideas about action strategies for everyday (volunteer) life.

Why might this workshop be of interest to you?
Respectful interaction and contact at eye level is the minimum in interpersonal relationships. At the same time, both help to create a good organizational climate and every organization becomes stronger the more diverse it is.

Workshop leader:
Sara Paßquali, M.A., is a trainer and consultant specializing in diversity (management), gender/gender and empowerment, intersectionality, criticism of racism and anti-discrimination.
