All-day practical workshop on the question:
How are promising funding applications designed?
For every approved application, there are on average five rejection notices, usually without reasons, leaving you in the dark as to what you have done wrong.
The majority of applications fail in advance due to formal errors. However, it is even more important to convince the funders that our project is worthy of funding, and to do so in a limited space. Good practice examples from various funding institutions show what is important here.
In addition to the question "What does the funding body want to hear from us?", we look at the logic of applications, their structure and their special features. We also work practically and develop individual application concepts.
