The opening of the project"Hello, my name is Kunstbau" will take place on Wednesday, June 25 from 6 pm. The Lenbachhaus cordially invites you to attend.

"Hello, my name is Kunstbau." is an education and mediation project at the Lenbachhaus. Here, the exhibition space becomes a testing ground in which mediation processes, encounters, discourses and joint activities are (re)tested in the museum.

The focus of the project is on (co-)making: You can build, read, stroll, discover, try out, change, talk to each other, discuss, listen, write, invent, think, dream, design, suggest, reject, improvise, play, dance, practise, swap, explore, tell, relax, sleep, drink coffee, decide spontaneously and be surprised.

In cooperation with artists, associations, collectives, institutions and educational establishments, we deal with spaces. We ask ourselves: How can cultural venues and public spaces become more inviting and permeable for different people and ideas? How can we learn from each other and create connections?
