Playtime! at Space4Kids

from 01.12.2024 in the Rautenstrauch-Joest-Museum (RJM) Cologne

This space is for the whole family - 1,400 m² of playground in the middle of the museum.

It's all about how we can live, play and laugh together. While playing exciting board, card and movement games from different countries or making things together, you will learn a lot about yourselves and the world - along the way. Maybe you'll make new friends, exchange ideas and experience how important it is to shape our world together. Are you ready? 3,2,1... let's go! We look forward to seeing you!

Play, join in, have fun!
Things really get going at our play stations around the world! Try your hand at the hands-on activities and simply have fun.
Kids Museum - a room full of ideas from you, for you. Design buttons, wishballs and superhero masks. Hey, have you seen the cool building in our foyer? It's called Lumbung! In Indonesia, lumbung means rice storehouse. Let's build a lumbung together with fabric, cardboard, paint and wood in SPACE4KIDS!

Children's disco with DJ Cem from the Beatpackers firing up the turntables and creating a really good atmosphere. Dance, party, let the day come to an end!
