"Everything ultra" describes the feeling of being overrun by developments - whether through wars, AI technology or climate change. Excessive demands, loss of control and fear of the future often drive us to focus more on the past than the future. Maja Göpel, economist, sociologist and expert on transformation and sustainability, has long been concerned with the rapid acceleration of our lives. She paints an optimistic picture: people can boldly shape change with creativity and art - and be a little "ultra" themselves in the process. Our values are crucial here. Which ones serve as a compass for the future?
