We will start at around 1 p.m. on Sunday at the Südbrücke in Cologne-Poll, then cross the Rhine and hold an interim rally at Rheinauhafen. During this time, all paddlers will remain in their boats in the harbor and listen to the speeches on the stage, the music by the TNT Brassband and solo artists.
