I will teach you how to mix acrylic paints with some tips & tricks that will help you to refine and expand your artistic skills.

In this course we will delve into the different techniques of color mixing to develop a deep understanding of the properties and possibilities of acrylic paints.

The focus will be on many different shades of greens found in nature and often used in plant painting. We will learn how to create different shades of green by trying out different color combinations to find the ideal shades for our works.

In addition, we will do practical exercises where you can directly apply the techniques you have learned. I will guide you through the process of creating a plant portrait in acrylic, where you will learn step by step how to mix the colors to show the texture and depth of the plants. You will learn how to incorporate light and shadow into your painting to create a realistic and vibrant portrait.

In the end, you will take home a finished acrylic plant portrait that not only showcases your newly learned skills, but is also a personal work of art that you can proudly display.
