Lecture with small samples:

Which edible wild herbs grow on our doorstep in spring? We get to know local superfoods such as daisies, yarrow & co. and learn interesting facts about their ingredients, effects and cultural history. While tasting homemade delicacies, we will discuss their many uses in the kitchen and green pharmacy. After the tasting, you will also receive recipes to try out at home.
