The next round of Wilde Lunch is underway - and Thomas Barthelmes, the man behind Wilde Wurst, is back again.
Thomas has been making exceptionally good sausages for five years: they are largely made from game meat, handcrafted and seasoned with sophisticated spices.
His latest creations: Hot dogs, which - weather permitting - are served directly in front of the EssPress editorial offices.
