For the very first time, Dortmund Europa invites you to the EuroShorts Film Festival! A week full of excitement, laughter and thought-provoking films awaits you - great entertainment from European filmmakers.
Europe visiting friends - an often used phrase that sounds good in terms of advertising. But in Dortmund it is lived! 81 different nations feel at home here in the heart of North Rhine-Westphalia. Dortmund is diverse, full of color and living diversity. Even if some outsiders still associate Dortmund with steel and coal - our city is anything but gray!
During Europe Week, film festivals on various themes are offered in four different art house cinemas. Every evening, the audience is spoiled for choice: it chooses the two best films of the day. These will be presented again on the last evening in the Dortmund Theater and judged by an expert jury from the worlds of politics, media and culture.

Day tickets for individual festival evenings are sold directly via the ticketing department of the respective venue.
The festival pass is valid on the respective evenings until 20 minutes before admission.
