EVELYN CORNEJO - La Voz Del Pueblo - Music from the South

Evelyn Cornejo is a Chilean singer-songwriter with heart, soul - and a good dose of rhythm! Her music combines traditional folklore with elements of pop and rock, bringing Latin American sounds such as bolero, bossa nova and cumbia to the stage.

But it's not just their melodies that are catchy - their lyrics get under your skin. With astute social criticism and poetic power, she takes an honest look at reality in Chile and the whole of Latin America.
