A radical experiment: 16 world-class musicians come together in Monheim (NRW) - with no guidelines, no plan, just an audience.

For three days, they create something completely new, beyond genres and expectations. Director Mika Kaurismäki immerses himself in this creative state of emergency with his camera and captures the moment in which music is created. Avant-garde, jazz, folk, indie - none of that matters anymore. It's all about the pure musical experience, the clash of global sounds and the courage to embrace the unknown. The film not only shows this unique process, but also poses the big question: What is creativity? A rousing appeal to take risks, cross boundaries and use creativity as life energy.
