Fährmannsfest

In the organizer's words:

From August 1 to 3, 2025, the Fährmannsfest will once again take place on the banks of the Leine and Ihme rivers. There will be a varied program for all generations on the music stage on Fährmannsinsel as well as at the children's festival and on the colourful stage on Faust-Wiese.

Tickets for the music stage program cost 40 euros plus all fees for Friday (1 August) and 25 euros plus all fees for Saturday (2 August). There is also a combined ticket for Friday and Saturday for 58 euros plus all fees. Tickets are available at all advance booking offices and at www.faehrmannsfest.de.

Free admission on Sunday (August 3).

Free admission to the Colorful Stage and the Children's Festival on all three days.

Steintor Herrenchor

Steintor Herrenchor have been on an impressive journey since their foundation. Between long reverb tails and vintage synthesizers, carried by punky drum patterns, they have created their very own sound. Their music hits the heart and captures images and memories that never want to be forgotten. With the release of various singles and their debut EP "Eine Woche Geburtstag" (2023), Steintor Herrenchor played two festival seasons and an almost completely sold-out co-headline tour through Germany and Austria. "kannst du dir vorstellen" marks the start of a new phase. The ever-evolving sound shows that there is much more to the band from Hanover than has been revealed so far. In "kannst du dir vorstellen", Steintor Herrenchor show another facet of their sound, but at the same time the band's strength still stands out: saying a lot with just a few lines while leaving room for interpretation so that all listeners can find their very own meaning in the song.

Alex Mofa Gang

Alex Mofa Gang once described themselves as the loudest pop band in the country. Punk rock with pop, you could say. Their new album is called "Euphorie am Abgrund". It is an album full of self-reflection, questions about the self and the role of everyone. And: How do you stay optimistic in difficult times? It is perhaps the most thoughtful Alex Mofa Gang album. In any case, it is one that contains all their heart and soul. And of course they dance, turn up the volume and never lose hope. The band members of Alex Mofa Gang are long-time friends, like a family and a gang. Thanks to their likeable and infectious nature, their fan base has grown steadily at hundreds of shows. The gang is getting bigger.

24/7 Diva Heaven

With their musical hybrid of punk, grunge and noise, 24/7 Diva Heaven create a world in which you can scream, scratch and bite - and end up hugging yourself. Fuzzy riffs meet catchy hooklines, political messages meet self-irony. 24/7 Diva Heaven say what they think and hit a nerve: they deliver a soundtrack that fits right into these uncertain times, not resigning themselves to platitudes but leaving room for the in-between. Their second album "Gift" (2024) condenses what was already in the pipeline on their debut "Stress" (2021), resulting in an eclectic album somewhere between Idles, Pixies, Pabst and Melvins that boldly deconstructs the sound of old idols and reassembles it in a contemporary guise.

B!KONG

B!KONG is progressive energy and orchestral authority. The songs, mostly in German, tell of joy, anger, longing and nonsense. The band presents itself live with a lot of power and knows how to pick up the audience. Each song tells its own story and is presented on stage with a wink. This mixture creates a very unique and incomparable character of music on the edge of unreasonableness - melancholic, sometimes poppy or brute and with a very, very musical attitude.

Three Minute Picture

Seemingly effortlessly, Three Minute Picture bring the brightest colors from over 20 years of the pop-punk genre back to the present. With their energetic, cutting-edge sound, the trio manages to carry us back to the youthful, carefree era after the turn of the millennium in a modern way. Where this genre is currently experiencing a gigantic revival, the guys from Hanover are right at the forefront. Three Minute Picture - that's a fat foundation of moving pop-punk feeling, a modern portion of well-composed sounds from their own unmistakable inkwell, colorful, striking contours through current lyrics and not to forget: a fat brushstroke of purple for the vibe.
