Objects from our everyday lives that we supposedly no longer need end up in the landfill. And what if these things didn't want to end up in landfill? Many things are far too good to be thrown away, so imaginative creatures suddenly appear on the streets of Paris, machines carry out everyday activities in the scrapyard and the garbage washed up on the beach develops a life of its own.
