Why does this plant offer so much not only to its animal inhabitants, but also to us humans?

Who dares to stroke a stinging nettle - and how do you make stinging nettle potato chips? Why do butterflies and stinging nettles belong together and in every garden/park?

We take a completely new approach to this "miracle plant" and learn about the biodiversity we owe to it in the city with lots of hands-on activities, research units and sensory experiences suitable for children. A "burning interesting" two-hour research tour for young and old in Kellinghusenpark.

Please wear clothing suitable for the weather. We go in all weathers, only in case of storm or heavy continuous rain the event has to be canceled.
