A festival for the whole family - all about soil, nature and the environment

Soil is the basis of our lives and is full of secrets - and we usually pay little attention to it. We pave, cultivate, drive on and plant on it and often forget that the soil itself is alive. It crawls, grows and works beneath the surface - more than we realize.

On Saturday, July 5, 2025, the Environmental Agency of the City of Dortmund, the Nature and Environmental Protection Academy NRW (NUA) and the Schulte-Tigges farm invite you to rediscover this often overlooked part of our environment at the Bioland-certified Schulte-Tigges farm. Everyone is cordially invited.

Numerous environmental actors from Dortmund and all over NRW offer workshops, activities, exhibitions and advice on soil, nature and sustainable living as well as a varied hands-on program for children, families, gardening enthusiasts and all those interested in the environment.

You can expect a colorful program, delicious food at family-friendly prices and live music. We look forward to seeing you!
