Fatma & Hans: Improvisationstheater zwischen Kulturen und Klischees – mit besonderem Gast Tante Asye

The intercultural improvisational theater company Fatma & Hans invites you to a humorous evening that pokes fun at cultural stereotypes and gender roles. In this unique performance, the audience is actively involved in exploring the diversity and challenges of living together with the performers.

Fatma, played by Saher Khanaqa-Kükelhahn, is feisty and direct, while Hans, played by Christian Sauter, is the epitome of German order and reserve. Together they try to develop an intercultural play, but their different views lead to amusing misunderstandings and discussions. The audience becomes a co-creator of the evening and provides impulses for spontaneous scenes that humorously question clichés and create real encounters.

A special highlight of the upcoming performance is the visit of Aunt Asye, played by Yasemin Noll. Neither Fatma nor Hans know what she is really like - Asye emigrated when she was young and has not been part of the family since. But now she has decided to visit Fatma as her only relative in Kiel. This unexpected return causes a lot of turmoil and unpredictable twists and turns on stage.

Fatma & Hans is a joint production by Fatma Express from Bremen and Lux - Theater des Moments from Berlin. The performance promises an evening full of humor, critical reflection and the search for what connects cultures.
