The FEIERWERK SESSIONS are a regular concert format for the not-so-loud sounds. Danceable indie vibes, atmospheric pop (rock), soulful singer/songwriters and the occasional hip hop from Munich's newcomer scene await you in the cozy Orangehouse.

LAVIE

LAVIE is a musician from Munich who presents us with a refreshing combination of German and French influences. He pairs this combination with hip-hop and indie elements. His distinctive voice and approach to music production create a calm atmosphere that is both captivating and thought-provoking. (Source: Artist)

NOON

Born and raised in Munich, in an Iraqi family, NOON grew up in a household where passion for music, especially for a girl, was forbidden. But this silence became her fuel. At the age of 10, she secretly began writing lyrics to deal with inner turmoil and to dream of freedom. Now NOON is making her first appearance as an artist, channeling years of unspoken stories into her music. Her sound is a reflection of her roots and rebellion, melancholic, modern and shaped by the contrasts of her upbringing. With subtle Middle Eastern melodies woven into R&B trap, she writes songs about self-worth, resistance, grief and love. The songwriter and producer is launching 2025 with her first EP, which will be released at the end of the year. SHOWBID

With his music, SHOWBID wants to contribute to honest self-reflection in society - whether on big stages or at eye level in the pedestrian zone. "What would your grandma say about you?" SHOWBID asks passers-by this question on the topic of self-reflection and shares excerpts of the intense conversations on TikTok. "Finding out what really drives you as a person means asking yourself honest questions." With Deeptalk, SHOWBID confronts people on the street and in his music. Due to his authentic nature, he has already been seen/heard on local television (primetime interview with Alexander Onken on MünchenTV), on the radio (Bayern3, RBB, M94.5) and in various newspapers (Süddeutsche Zeitung, Münchner Merkur). The Münchner Merkur comments: "A word artist with ambition - he formulates his lyrics so precisely and skillfully that the language used conveys the content of the songs." But why is it so important for showbid to shake people up? As a child from a migrant background in an Austrian mountain village, there was one thing showbid didn't have: role models. His parents were married in India without ever having had a date in their lives. Lost in the new culture, they don't even know what a "hiking day" at school means. At the same time, the conservative rural population, with its reservations about his skin color, offers him hardly any opportunities to connect. In his search for belonging, he usually only finds orientation in exaggerated TV hero figures such as Son Goku from the Dragonball Z series. In his youth, he sees only one way to finally be recognized: Classic success. Top marks, sporting achievements, a double degree (mathematics + industrial engineering) are results he boasts about in order to suppress the inner question of whether he really believes in what he is doing. It was only a heated argument with his brother Vishal, who puts his own music project above his studies, that made SHOWBID rethink his own priorities. Vishal's sentence "I will regret never having tried" hit SHOWBID and prompted him to abandon a promising internship with huge career opportunities and finally, after years of doubt, to start typing texts into his smartphone again. After a few years, showbid is now in the starting blocks with his own music project and is more than grateful to his brother for his words. Based on his own development, SHOWBID wants to appeal to young adults with a migration background and encourage them to reflect on their innermost convictions. The "showbies" community, which he has set up as a safe space for self-reflection, also exists for this purpose. The nomination among the top 20 newcomers in Bavaria by Local Heroes, 150000+ streams within a very short time, coverage in established media, as well as over 50 performances, some in front of over 1000 people (Radio Arabella stage, Isar-Inselfest) show that SHOWBID means business! The new single "Sonne sehen" brings hope to hearts with atmospheric pop and Indian percussion. Emotional and vulnerable with lines like "I can still hear my heart breaking", the song is about realizing that we carry wounds inside us that we repress until they come up again. For example, after a visit to a club. But if we move forward on our own path, we can always "see the sun".
