Felipe Baldomir - Tides EU-UK Tour 2024

Felipe Baldomir is a coastal indie folk singer/songwriter from Uruguay, South America, currently based in Byron Bay, Australia.

His music is often described as a cross between Jack Johnson, Xavier Rudd and Tash Sultana - his coastal sound moves from the folk world of open tunings, harmonica and steady power beats to an upbeat soundscape of groovy guitar riffs, loops, punchy saxophone runs, keys and warm vocals.

Since arriving in Sydney in August 2018, he has converted a van into a "rolling home and studio" and has performed all over the country. From buskers playing in back alleys and supporting local musicians such as Kim Churchill, Jack Botts, The Dreggs etc., to selling out shows across Australia and performing at legendary festivals such as Changing Tides Festival, NYE On The Hill, Bluesfest, Ocean Sounds, Roadtrip Festival, Queenscliff Music Festival etc.

In 2023 alone, Felipe will perform more than 100 shows in Australia, Europe, the UK and South America.

The independent artist has just announced the release of his third album (February 2024); and to celebrate, Felipe will embark on his first headline tour of Europe and the UK in March 2024.
