Recognize your own needs and represent them authentically

This workshop is about you and your needs. Together, we will look at what is really important to you, how you live your values and you will learn to say "no" clearly and honestly. You will be given tools from systemic coaching and non-violent communication to help you maintain your boundaries and deal confidently with the unsettling reactions of others.

This is what you can expect in our workshops:

• a cozy get-together in a relaxed, supportive setting
• an appreciative atmosphere with women who strengthen each other
• impulses and methods for self-reflection, people pleasing and personal development
• Support from two experienced coaches with well-founded methods from systemic coaching and non-violent communication
• Space and time for self-reflection - on a walk or in the café, alone for yourself or in exchange with other participants*
• Small selection of delicious snacks and drinks
