What if we don't simply have to accept wars as "necessary"? What if there have long been feminist strategies to end armed conflicts - from below, in solidarity, effectively?

A member of the grassroots democratic translation collective presents a book that brings together feminist perspectives on peace work. The publication brings together concrete approaches on how wars can be prevented and ended - often away from established power structures.

In an open discussion, we will talk about some of these ideas, share experiences and consider together what we can do in our local communities. No prior knowledge is necessary - everyone is welcome to think and feel along with us.

Especially in times of growing militarization, we need new political images: Utopias in which peace is not naive, but feasible. The book is available online free of charge from the publisher "Radikale Theorie und Praxis". Printed copies can be purchased on site for 8 euros - while stocks last.
