Fenster zum Hof-Open Air 2025 w/ Milliarden

good luck, good luck, good luck! | Transit zones in airports have one thing in common, regardless of which one people are currently in. They illustrate, rather incidentally, how strangely mobile life is. Ben Hartmann from the Berlin band Milliarden is stuck in one of these transit zones while talking about his new album "LOTTO". The plane from Madrid to the city on the Spree is late. In theory, not much is happening around him right now. But there is still tension in the air. Especially in places like this. People are traveling back and forth, from south to west, from continent to continent, from one perception to the next. Perhaps there really is something to the saying that anticipation is the greatest joy. On the one hand, it is never certain what will happen on the other side of the route. On the other hand, the curiosity to leave increases with each new arrival. The temporary lingering in the stateless area thus creates the perfect setting for an exchange of ideas about the new songs of the billions.

The "Fenster Zum Hof"-Open Air - Mainz offers concerts of various pop genres, some of them outside the genre and some of them classical. FzH25 starts on 25.7.2025 and until 24.8.2025 up to twelve dates await the audience in the most extraordinary summer location in the state capital Mainz, when the concert agency Musikmaschine transforms the inner courtyard of the Landesmuseum Mainz into a festival area again.

The "Fenster zum Hof" open-air festival is a platform for young, sophisticated live music that focuses on innovative musical entertainment at a high level. Music history is not repeated here, but something new is created. Artists from our program do not close their eyes, but spread hope and optimism, even in the face of and in awareness of the unfortunately very bad realities at the moment.
