With his unique blend of jazz and folk music, which transcends the boundaries of both genres, pianist Fergus McCreadie is capturing the hearts of audiences around the world. An important source of inspiration for his music is his native Scotland, whose beauty and uniqueness he explores sonically. His international breakthrough came in 2022 with his third album "Forest Floor". The album was celebrated by international critics and tastemaker media such as BBC 6 Music, The Times and the NME and earned him a nomination for the prestigious Mercury Prize. In 2022, he also became the first jazz musician ever to win the Scottish Album of The Year Award. After sold-out headlining tours and appearances at renowned jazz festivals, Fergus McCreadie is now presenting his new album "The Shieling" live in November 2025.
